This Anti-Trust Policy establishes our commitment to fair competition and the prohibition of anti-competitive practices in all aspects of our operations.

1. Scope and Application

This policy applies to:

  • All employees, executives, and directors of Global Movers Relocators.
  • Contractors, consultants, agents, suppliers, business partners, and any third parties acting on behalf of GMR.
  • All business transactions and commercial activities, regardless of location or local business customs.

2. Commitment to Fair Competition

GMR upholds fair and lawful competition by prohibiting the following anti-competitive
behaviors:

  • Price Fixing: Agreeing with competitors to set or manipulate pricing instead of allowing market competition to determine fair prices.
  • Market Allocation: Dividing customers, territories, or markets with competitors rather than competing fairly for business.
  • Bid Rigging: Colluding with competitors to manipulate bidding processes in public or private tenders.
  • Monopolistic Practices: Engaging in actions that unfairly eliminate competition or establish dominance in a market.
  • Unfair Trade Restrictions: Entering into agreements that unlawfully limit a competitor’s ability to operate freely.

3. Compliance with Anti-Trust Laws

GMR strictly adheres to all applicable anti-trust and competition laws, including but not

limited to:

  • U.S. Sherman Antitrust Act
  • EU Competition Law
  • UK Competition Act
  • Any local anti-trust laws in countries where we operate

Employees, contractors, and business partners must be aware of and comply with these laws, reporting any potential violations immediately.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Employees and business partners must avoid:

  • Discussions with competitors about pricing, costs, customers, territories, or market strategies.
  • Sharing or exchanging sensitive business information that could reduce competition.
  • Signing agreements that unfairly restrict trade, market access, or consumer choice.
  • Attempting to manipulate the supply chain to create artificial shortages or unfair advantages.

5. Third-Party Relationships and Due Diligence

GMR conducts due diligence on suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners to ensure compliance with competition laws. Any suspicious practices, collusion, or restrictive agreements must be reported and investigated.

6. Reporting and Whistleblower Protection

GMR encourages employees and business partners to report any suspected violations of anti-trust laws. We guarantee:

7. Responsibilities and Training

  • Management must ensure compliance with anti-trust laws and lead by example.
  • Employees and contractors must complete mandatory annual anti-trust training.
  • Business partners must confirm compliance with GMR’s anti-trust policies.

8. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violations of this policy will result in:

  • Internal disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
  • Legal consequences, including fines or criminal prosecution.
  • Termination of contracts with business partners engaged in anti-competitive practices.

9. Monitoring and Review

This policy is reviewed annually to ensure compliance with evolving anti-trust laws and best practices.
